When we move better we feel better
Christina Corso has been teaching yoga in Chicago since 2010. Throughout the years her teaching style has evolved and her classes are focused on progressive and intelligent sequencing. When you come to class each sequence is alignment based, dynamic, fun, and challenging. As a teacher it is important to Christina that during class you are moving in ways that prepare you to feel better in your body on and off the mat.
Off the mat Christina enjoys gardening in her yard. The practice of yoga helps her bend, squat, and kneel while working in the garden. This summer Christina grew and arranged flowers for her wedding in August. It was a labor of love.
